Menus: Each Friday, I send you a proposed menu for the upcoming week based on your preferences. You approve or adjust it before your cook day.
Dedicated Cook Day: I cook in your home on Tuesdays. By the time I leave, your week’s meals are ready to enjoy, neatly stored and your kitchen is spotless.
Ingredient Sourcing: All groceries are purchased fresh for you. Grocery cost are a direct pass-through and reimbursed by you in order to give you the flexibility you want in your food choices in terms of specialty items, organic foods and other special requests. There are no mark-ups or hidden fees.
Professional Fee: This includes a personalized assessment, menu planning, day-of grocery shopping, chef’s pantry items, meal preparation and clean-up.
Containers & Storage: For health, sustainability & quality, all meals are stored in glass containers. At the start of your service, you’ll purchase a complete set of approved containers in a variety of sizes so every dish is stored properly and safely. This is a one-time investment that’s yours to keep, and it ensures your food stays fresh, organized, beautiful and ready to enjoy.
My custom meal prep service is designed for individuals and families who value eating well but have no interest or time for the planning, shopping and cooking it takes to make it happen. I come to your home each week to prepare meals entirely tailored to your taste, lifestyle and dietary needs so your kitchen is stocked and ready without you lifting a finger.

Full-Service: $650 Entrees Only: $450
This service is offered on an ongoing, weekly basis with a set professional fee.
Because I serve a limited number of clients, I work on a retainer model. Your weekly fee holds your place, ensuring I’m available to you every week of the year. If you’ll be away, I’m happy to adjust your service such as preparing freezer-friendly meals before you leave, stocking your fridge when you return or providing meals for family or staff at home so you continue to receive value.
